This is a recipe that I have never made before, but I needed to make a salad for church so I thought I would give it a try. This recipe is from the white Bethesda Mennonite Church cookbook. Mike was my taste tester and he approved it as a possible salad for a harvest meal. If you are looking for a simple sweet salad this one is for you
Quick Salad
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package Dream Whip, prepared
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas
1 package miniature marshmallows

Make pudding and dream whip according to the package.

Fold whipped cream into instant pudding.

Mix in fruit.

Mix in marshmallows.

Chill until you are ready to serve.
I've made that one before. It's good! I've done something similar at easter time with vanilla pudding, coolwhip, multi-colored mini marshmellows, and fruit. Then sprinkle cocunt on top (you can color it with green food coloring) and then put jelly beans on top! Cute and tasty!
